The Ohio Water Development Authority and the Ohio Department of Development have below market rate loans for alternative stormwater practices in developed areas. You can get up to 5 million dollars in funds. These funds are currently underutilized and they would like to fund projects in the Miami Valley.
Eligible applicants are government agencies and private entities partnering with a public entity. You can access the link below to learn more about the program.
